Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson was an American actress. Elson started her career as an actor as a young child and as model. She is best known for her role as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction series. Andrea auditioned for the lead role in ALF the smash 1986 show. She won. She continued to work for a long time on different successful TV shows and Movies of the Week before going into the entertainment field to concentrate on her children. ALF occurred during a difficult moment for Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People reported in 2000 that Elson found it difficult to develop as a woman before the audience of sitcoms. In New York City in 1969 Elson grew up in a world of traveling because her father was a traveling salesman. Prior to turning ten Andrea had lived in New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles.
